Netflix’s space drama Another Life will not get a third season according to star Katee Sackhoff who tweeted news of the cancellation on Monday.
Sackhoff tweeted: I’d like to thank everyone single person who watched & supported Another Life on Netflix. To our crew & cast thank you for always working so hard & being prepared. I wish we could do more seasons but sadly it’s just not in the cards. See you on the next adventure. And signed off as her Another Life character Niko.

Another Life premiered back in 2019 to mixed reviews. Season 1 scored 59% on the Tomatometer. Season 2 did much better with a score of 79%. The second season tied up storylines so fans of the show won’t get the annoying feeling that they missed out.
Created by Aaron Martin, who also served as showrunner, Another Life focuses on astronaut Niko Breckinridge (Sackhoff) who goes in search of alien intelligence. She leads a crew on a mission to explore the genesis of an alien artefact. As Niko and her young crew investigate, they face unimaginable danger on what might very well be a one-way mission.
The series also starred Justin Chatwin as Erik Wallace, Samuel Anderson as William, AJ Rivera as Bernie Martinez, Alexander Eling as Javier Almanzar, JayR Tinaco as Zayn Petrossian, Lina Renna as Jana Breckinridge-Wallace, Selma Blair as Harper Glass, Elizabeth Ludlow as Cas Isakovic, Tongayi Chirisa as Richard Ncube and Dillon Casey as Seth Gage.

She ruined Mando S3, so this was probably karma coming after her beforehand.
