In Remember Nothing the Three Fates offer Xena the opportunity to erase her past -including her younger brother’s untimely death – but only if she vows to never shed blood in anger again.
What a choice to have to make.
Xena has the chance to bring back her beloved younger brother Lyceus but this means erasing Gabrielle from her life. She chooses to bring back her brother and has to face the consequences.
Of course the things that drove Xena to be the Warrior Princess occur and she is hard pressed not to pick up a sword, especially when Lyceus is willing to fight. This and the fact that Gabrielle is a slave in this version of reality leaves her with no choice but to spill blood.
Some interesting insights into Xena’s past. I so hated the dress.
